How exactly does hiring a bag work?
In a nutshell, find your perfect bag on our website, select the number of days you prefer to have it in your possession, and click the date on the calendar by which you need it delivered. Please select the date 2 business days before your event to ensure your bag arrives in time. On the last day of your hire period, put the handbag and its dust-bag into the pre-addressed return satchel that was included in your delivery. Please lodge it over the counter at an Australia Post Office. That's it!

Are your bags authentic?
Absolutely! All our bags are genuine. We would never dream of using, much less supplying, replica bags. Hire one today and feel the difference!
How far in advance do I need to book a handbag hire?
We are located in Melbourne and will use Express Shipping to post your bag. All handbags booked by 2pm Eastern Time will be posted the same day; after 2pm they will be posted the following business day. To be safe, please allow at least 2 business days for transit before the beginning of your hire period if you're located in Victoria, and 4 days if you're outside of Victoria.

How do I know if a handbag is available?
You are able to see if a handbag is available via the live calendar located on each bag's page.
What's this about a bond?
We include a $100 Refundable Bond with each bag at checkout to encourage safe handling of our bags and their timely return. It is totally refundable when the bag is returned on time without damage.
If I didn't receive the handbag on time, what happens next?
We make all efforts to have your handbag delivered in time for your event, but in the event that your bag does not arrive in time for you to wear to your event, we will provide a credit note valid for 12 months from the date of your booked hire period. Please note that you must post the bag back to us by the next business day after receipt.
Can I cancel my booking?
We understand that plans may change and we endeavour to accommodate new circumstances. You may cancel the booking by emailing us and we will issue you a 12-month credit note for the amount you paid for your rental.
Can I change my booking from one handbag to another after I've already booked?
If your desired handbag is still available for your dates - sure! Just email us and we can sort through the order modification. If there is a price difference between bags, you will either be issued a 12-month credit note for the difference or charged for it if the new bag has a higher rental fee.
How do I use a credit note? Can I transfer it to a friend?
Simply email us with the details of the bag you want to hire and the dates, and we'll sort it out for you! Credit notes are non-transferrable and are valid for 12 months from the initial date of hire.
